(JUCO OK) 4.　Any prospective foreign player must pass a criminal background check performed by the league. 5.　We cannot do payment with value for your playing. Because we are not professional. Also we cannot do an introduction of job, an offer of a housing, too. 1.　Any prospective foreign player with professional football experience is ineligible. 2.　Any prospective foreign player that is active military is ineligible.
